02 · Water Treatment Plants
Treatment plants run on isolation and control: gate and butterfly valves to section off process trains, control valves to manage pressure and level, and actuation so operators can run the plant from the control room.
03 · Wastewater Installations
Wastewater changes the specification. ESG supplies a triple function wastewater air valve designed for media that carries solids, with anti-slam available to protect rising mains against surge when pumps start and stop.
04 · Transmission Mains and Distribution Networks
On long pipelines, air valves at high points remove trapped air and admit air on draining, while pressure reducing valves hold downstream pressure within the design limit of the network — reducing bursts and background leakage.
